A friendly club situated by the River Yare.
Buckenham is the home of the Phantom high-performance single-handed sailing dinghy.
The club offers some of the best sailing conditions on the Nofolk Broads; due to the low lying open marshes which allow for unimpeded winds along this stretch of the river.
Sailing takes place from April to December, with social events spread throughout the year.
Visitors and new members, young or old, are always welcome.
Racing normally commences at 11.00am on Sunday Mornings.
Tea, coffee and light snacks are available in the club house.
BSC 50th Anniversary
In 2009 BSC celebrated its 50th anniversary. We held events through the year, including a combined Dinner Dance and Commodore's Supper.
The season drew to a close with a pursuit race on the last Sunday before Christmas. To view the results click here.
